The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder slightly tilted to the horizontal line. The material is added from the higher end, the hot body is entered at the low end, and the material is connected to the current, and the hot body and the material are joined together and the flow into the cylinder. The rotating material of the cylinder is affected by gravity to the end of the lower end. Wet materials in the process of cylinder body move forward, directly or indirectly get the heating medium for heat, to dry the wet material, and then by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor at the discharge end. inside the cylinder wall with copy board, its role is to put the material copy up and again, the contact surface is increased and the air flow of material, in order to improve the drying rate and promote the material progress. The hot body is divided into hot air, flue gas and so on. After the hot body is in the dryer, the cyclone dust collector is required to trap the material in the gas. if there is further reduction of exhaust dust, the discharge will be released after the dust collector or wet dust collector.
